Media scrum: MSI funding announcement

On March 6, 2015, the provincial government announced that it would be increasing the amount of Municipal Sustainability Initiative funding for 20114/15. This will affect capital infrastructure projects in Calgary. Mayor Nenshi met with media to share his thoughts on this announcement.
